Confirms the credentials authenticate and that all six tables in the data dictionary exist and are readable. Run this first — a CORS or 401 failure here explains every downstream failure.
The complete form-field to table-field map applied at submission, grouped by target table. This is generated from the same map the submit path uses, so it can never drift from the running code.
Renders the selected form off-screen, fills every control with recognisable test data, runs the real submit path, then reads each created record back from ServiceNow and compares it field by field. A field that was silently dropped, truncated or rejected shows as FAIL or MISSING FIELD.
Test records stay in ServiceNow. The scoped REST role has no delete ACL and the developer pack forbids delete functionality, so remove them from the instance manually if they are not wanted.
Read-only view of what is actually stored in the six x_2178161_bbsp tables. Expand a case to see its Person, Parties, Details, Documents and Transactions. Images are discovered by querying attachments on the Person record and matching the applicant_photo__ and passport_photo__ prefixes — the same way the Immigration Viewer finds them, so a portrait that appears here will appear there.

The portal prevents submission when required information is missing or an entry uses the wrong format.
Prepare clear, readable files before beginning the submission.
Place pages straight in the scanner. Scan every required page in order, including the reverse side when it contains information.
Save to a known folder such as Documents or Scanned Forms. Use a clear filename such as LastName_FormC3.pdf.
Select Choose File, browse to the saved file, select it, and confirm that its filename appears beside the correct attachment field.
Use Give Form Feedback when a label, choice, field, instruction, attachment, or validation rule is incorrect.
Do not create another submission for a minor concern unless the processing team directs you to do so.
Provide both submission reference numbers and clearly state that the first submission should be removed because the records contain the same data.
The latest submission is the version retained by the system. Keep its confirmation number as your record.
Check every item before selecting Submit Application.
Report a problem or suggest an improvement. Do not include passport numbers or other sensitive personal information.
